Responsibility for content

You are responsible for all content of and within your application, including advertisements, user-generated content, and any content hosted, streamed or otherwise delivered to users by third parties. You must make it clear that this content is not provided by BRS Media.

You are responsible for all licensing, reporting and payout obligations to third parties required in connection with content of or within your application.

If your application contains content submitted or provided by third parties, you must comply with the following Indian Copyright Act. In other countries, you must comply with local copyright laws and implement an appropriate "notice and takedown" process upon receiving a notice of claimed infringement.

We can change these Policies at any time without prior notice as we deem necessary. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Fee & Charges

We charge fees for the use of your tools and managed services, and must only do so on a fixed fee or variable percentage as required. We reserve the right to disclose this information to your client upon their request. We may require documentation from you to ensure your compliance with this policy.

Refund Policy

Website

It is always our goal to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our Web development services. you may notify BRS Media in writing (either via e-mail message or fax transmission) as soon as you wish to end the website project engagement. At that point we will cease work and calculate our time and resources and deduct that from your deposit and refund the difference.

There are no refunds once we have completed a website project regardless of weather or not you are satisfied with the outcome. We will make every effort to make sure that our customers are well taken care of and will do what we can to make sure that your expreience with BRS Media ends in mutual satisfaction.

If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to BRS Media Accounting.

Domain Registration & Hosting

At the time of purchase your domain name you have chosen will automatically be paid for by us and registered within the following couple of minutes of captured payment. These costs are to register and to pay ICANN fees. Once payment is completed, the transaction is completed and you will be able to manage your domain name from our control panel anytime you like. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for domain names. Please make sure you are using correct spelling and that the domain name is exactly what you want before proceeding with payment. Domain name add-ons (private registration, premium DNS, etc...) will never be granted refunds.

When you purchase website hosting from us your account is automatically set up and ready for you immediately after payment is confirmed, There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for Website hosting Please make sure you are using correct platform exactly what you want before proceeding with payment.

Logo Design

Due to the nature of graphics there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS as we put a lot of time and effort into them and must be compensated for these efforts, however we do offer revisions so that we can get as close to your idea as possible. Please take a look at out work before contracting us to do any logos or graphics.
